GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our music is completely royalty free. No additional fees from BMI, ASCAP, SACEM...
All the tracks are not submitted to any PRO or equivalent organisms. In all the case Music Média registers its musical creation with a lawyer.
THE LICENSE
When buying a music through our website, you get a standard license: license. 1 for your project.
For any other use please contact us so as to get the right license for your needs.
We provide licenses for on-hold messages.
The price is 11? per company. Personal on-hold messages starts at 49?.
License. 1 (Purchase Online)
- Catalog price: 0€ to 11€ (without VAT) depending on the file. (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI)
- Used for: Internet website (only for websites totalizing less than 1 million visitors/month), PowerPoint and flash presentation, internal-company video, USB key.
- On-hold messages: up to 10 lines.
- Public use: TV, radio broadcasting, public use are not included. In-house use is authorized.
- Reproduction: Up to 500 copies.
- Time limit: No time limit
- Coverage: This license is attributed to one specific project. The client shall get his license once the payment is done. The license is not transferable to any other project.
- Free tunes : a link to our website is mandatory
License. 2 (contact us)
Used for: PowerPoint and flash presentation, internal-company video, USB key, documentaries, short films.
Broadcasting: Public places (one license per public place), Tv and radio broadcasting license across all countries including documentaries, short films. Advertising is not included.
Reproduction:
- License 2.1 from1 to 1000 copies: 40€ (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI)
- License 2.2 from 1001 to 5000 copies: 80€
- License 2.3 from 5001 to 10000 copies: 100€
- License 2.4 from 10001 to 50000 copies: 150€
- License 2.5 from 50001 to 100000 copies: 250€
- License 2.6 from 50001 to 100000 copies: 400€
- License 2.7 for unlimited copies: 600€
Time limit: No time limit
Coverage: This license is attributed to one specific project. The client shall get his license once payment is done. The license is not transferable to any other project.
License. 3 (contact us)
Used for: Tv and radio advertising, full-length film.
Broadcasting:
- License 3.1 local: 40€ (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI)
- License 3.2 national: 300€
- License 3.3 worldwide: 1000€
The license has no time limit
This license is attributed to one specific project. The client shall get his license once payment is done. The license is not transferable to any other project.
